Our day delegate package is designed to fuel your guests to keep them energised, fresh and engaged throughout the day.
Refreshments and lunch are served in our Atrium sky garden on central dining destination, The Axis, with magnificent views over Liverpool. All-day grazing includes a Hope & Glory tea selection, Rainforest Alliance coffee and seasonal fruit infusions and water for your delegates to enjoy throughout the day.

All our breakfast menus are served with freshly brewed Rainforest Alliance coffee, English breakfast tea and a selection of herbal infusions.
We offer a wide variety of lunch menus to keep your guests sustained and focused throughout the day.
Our sandwich menus include sandwiches made with artisanal bread and imaginative fillings, a selection of teas and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee, and water. If you are looking for a lighter lunch option, our artisanal seasonal salads are plant-based or vegetarian.
Finally, our hot fork lunch menus are designed to be enjoyed while standing up, allowing your guests to mingle and network. All buffets include three main dishes, three seasonal side dishes and one pudding.
