All dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, purchased from specialist suppliers daily. Produce is scrutinised for origin, quality, and freshness. Wherever possible we use small, local suppliers and support fair trade wholeheartedly.

The Day Delegate catering package at Spaces at The Spine is designed to fuel your guests to keep them energised, fresh and engaged throughout the day.
It includes three refreshment breaks and a hot fork buffet lunch, as well as all-day grazing including a selection of teas by Brew Tea, coffee by Neighbourhood Coffee, and seasonal fruit infusions and water for your delegates to enjoy throughout the day, whenever they need a top-up.
Refreshments and lunch are served either in The Atrium, boasting an indoor sky garden, or The Axis, our central dining destination with magnificent views over Liverpool City Centre and the Mersey.
If you’re planning an event for less than 35 people, our Hospitality Packages are the perfect solution to treat your delegates to delicious healthy and sustainable food throughout the day. Pick and choose your favourite breakfast, refreshments and lunch options, and create your very own menu!
All our breakfast menus are served with freshly brewed Neighbourhood coffee, tea and a selection of herbal infusions, and can be further enhanced with smoothies and energising add-ons.
For lunch, choose between one of our sandwich menus, seasonal artisan salads or a hot fork buffet (including three main dishes, three side dishes and pudding).

Please choose one starter, one main course and one pudding for the group. Our fine dining menu is served with bread, butter, petit fours, and tea and coffee.
Pop ups provide an opportunity for your guests to interact with our chefs, watch their food being created and enjoy the sense of theatre involved in its preparation.
They are also a great alternative to a traditional seated dinner.
